Google to change how it charges for Adwords

In the next few weeks Google will be rolling out a major change to the way it's Adwords system works.

Now instead of being priced on cost per click, it will be costed on price per thousand impressions (CPM).

Advantages: less fraud, big companies can work with it better.

Disadvantages: you have to pay for anyone to even see the ad. Therefore irrelevant impressions will cost you.
